Return & Exchange Policy
At Pukaslab, we care about your satisfaction. We offer a 7-day exchange period starting from the date your order is delivered.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind once an order has been shipped. However, if an item is defective or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement (see details below).
Cancelling or Changing Your Order
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Orders are processed quickly, and we may not be able to modify your order after it has been prepared for shipment.
Exchange Eligibility
To request an exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) is required.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately.
We offer a 3-day replacement policy from the date of delivery for issues caused by manufacturing defects or breakage during proper use.
Please note:
- Pukaslab display cases must be stored in a safe, secure location.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

The matching artwork is missing.

The product has been used or repackaged.
How Exchanges Work
Once your exchange is approved, you may return the item.
We will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
For Customers in the European Union
If your order is being delivered to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 7 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
